From the President's Desk
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ:
We all have a lot to be thankful for in spite of the challenges we face in life on a daily basis. God provides all that we need to meet each challenge that comes our way. I consider it a challenge and a blessing to serve as President of the Southeast Alabama State Baptist Convention. A solid foundation was laid prior to my election; therefore, all I need to do is continue to build on that foundation. I Corinthians 3:11 says, “For other foundations can no man lay that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” For our work to succeed, it must be founded and grounded in Jesus Christ.

We are in the process of preparing a souvenir booklet. We ask for your support by purchasing an ad featuring your church, district, business, family, organization, a congratulatory expression, or a memorial in the souvenir book.
Also souvenir ad information can be found on our church website at www.phillmbc.org under the event tab.
Lunch will be sold throughout the convention. The cost will be $10.00 per person.Tickets will be sold daily at the Church Operational Center. Daily menus are listed in the brochure for your convenience.
Selma University Banquet:
The Selma University Banquet will be held on Wednesday evening, May 11th at 6:30 pm central standard time/7:30 pm eastern standard time. Tickets are available for $40.00 each. A table is $320.00. The menu for the banquet is listed in the brochure. We encouraged you to pre-order your tickets so proper preparation can be made to ensure you a sufficient amount of food and beautiful atmosphere to dine in as we raise funds for our school, Selma University.
Hotels: We have secured lodging at 3 premier hotels in Phenix City. The Courtyard Marriott, which is the newest and premiered hotel in the Bi-City area located on the banks of The Chattahoochee River, will serve as the headquarter hotel. The other two hotels will be the Hampton Inn & Suites and the Holiday Inn Express. Direct links to online registration for Hampton Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn Express are below. The direct link to Courtyard will be available soon. The cutoff date for reservations is April 11th. More information on hotel is in the brochure attachments.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. All vendor booths must be reserved in advance.
2. Full payment is required to reserve a space.
3. Church is not responsible for any damaged or missing/loss/stolen products.
4. Vendors are required to clean up their space after the event.
5. Set-up begins at 9 am on Monday, May 9th
